2. Service Description
IntelliDrive AI provides document organization, OCR extraction, and search for files stored in your Google Drive.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in India) to use this app.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain the security of your Google account.
- Not misuse the app to violate others' privacy or copyrights.
5. AI Features
AI search is optional. When enabled, metadata may be sent to an AI provider for ranking results. You may disable AI search anytime.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Paid features are handled by Apple In-App Purchases. All billing, renewal, and cancellation policies follow Apple's rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and software are owned by IntelliDrive AI. You retain all rights to your files stored in Google Drive.
8. Availability & Changes
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IntelliDrive AI is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
11. Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
